Hello everyone,

I've got a question, so my mate and I are starting a clothing brand and our logo includes the mickey mouse style gloves, are we allowed to use this or do we need a license? it's just the arm and the hand and not actually mickey mouse.

From a trademark perspective, if people would not be likely to confuse you with Disney (by affiliation, endorsement or otherwise), you should be OK.  I can't comment on the copyright side, because I'm not sure what exactly it is you're doing.
