I'm trying to remember a particular piece of caselaw, back in the 1970s or so.  A book was published which included some kind of political revelation or admission, and a magazine (Time?) published a piece on the book, including a quote (I imagine a pull-quote in extremely large type) containing the core revelation, the heart of the book.  The book publisher sued the magazine and prevailed -- even through some appellate levels, I believe.

Does anyone remember this case (or the book)?
