Hello,

So the situation is, say a patent agent was engaged to draft a patent and then file it in country A.

Then you would like to file it in country B. Since all the information - such as abstract, claims etc - is already there and you would just need to fill in a form, can you file it yourself (while claiming priority based on country A filing) using what the patent agent has already prepared, taking them out of the process? And can you engage another patent agent if adverse reports come to light?
