SAT questions
« on: 01-05-12 at 02:09 pm »

I'm thinking of producing (for commercial sale) an SAT review course consisting of a DVD and a workbook.  Most (if not all) of the content will be original and created by me.  The only copyright hang-up -- practice questions and practice exams!  Instead of creating hundreds of new practice questions and exams (and answers), I hope to use questions taken from (1) the SAT practice exams offered publicly on the College Board's website, and (2) the practice exams contained in The Official SAT Study Guide sold by the College Board.

I am an attorney but with very little IP experience.  Would welcome any ideas or discussion, cheers.

You could contact them and ask to license past exams.
