Which class(es) to file for?
« on: 07-08-05 at 07:45 am »

I intand to publish and circulate on a subscription basis, a web-based  ezine. At a later date, I may choose to have a print publication.

class 9 - ezines
class 16 - print magazines
class 41 - publishing ezines and magazines

In my case, wouldn't class 41 cover it?

Yes, Class 41 is the appropriate class.

My understanding of class 41 is that is covers publication services, i.e., publishing for others.  If you are publishing your own magazine (online or in-print), then class 41 may not be appropriate, contrary to the prior poster's statements.
