If you mean the biggest in terms of number of employees/searchers, then certainly the companies based in India will for the Top 10 (such as Evalueserve, Aranca, KAnalysis, Sagacious, Inolyst, IPTek, and more than 100 others).

Whether or not they will be in the top 10 considering the quality of the work is another question.
