Briefs in In re Stepan
« on: 10-05-11 at 04:59 pm »

Anyone have these briefs (appellant, PTO, and reply, as well as any amici)?

Can you get them off PACER (I'm a little prosecutor and have no PACER account)?

Please let me know if you can send them to me.

It's a wonderful case for applicants/practitioners: http://www.cafc.uscourts.gov/images/stories/opinions-orders/10-1261.pdf

Sadly, Fed Cir does not put briefs on PACER. All you can get off PACER is a docket report and some other minimal information.

You can listen to the oral arguments though.  http://www.cafc.uscourts.gov/oral-argument-recordings/2010-126/all
