In case you haven't heard, starting July 1st all three fees (filing, seach and examination) will be required at the time an application is filed to avoid incurring a surcharge. Note that you could still get a surcharge fee if the declaration is not included with the application.

Additionally, the 'process and retain fee' used for retaining an application only filed for priority continuity purposes will be replaced/discontinued in favor of paying the filing fee alone for that situation.
