A (the first user) sues B (our client) for cancellation of B's federal trademark registration (still w/in 5 years after registration), and A's mark is not registered.

I just found that there's a C who used and registered the same mark before A used it (mark registered before A's first use, but abandoned before B's registration).

Now, is there any impact on the case of A against B because of C's even more senior use?
