Hi,
I have android application that takedown with "Google Android Market DMCA Notice".
It basically a bookmarking application. It contains list of newspapers mobile optimized web sites and open the newspapers web site in a browser object in android (could be iphone or other smartphone). I do NOT COPY or modify any of the content of the newspaper web site. User directly reach the newspaper's own website on browser object in my application.
Am I doing something wrong? Because there are several other android applications continue on android market and they uses completely same technical background...
Should I write a counter-notification and how?
