Hello,
We have 2 registered trademarks "Doopsy" and "Let Doopsy Take Care of the Poopsy"  , a pending patent and a product that is currrently selling.
The product is a cloth diaper and we own all the domains related to this name.
We would like to sell this brand because we are interested in another venture. I think that there is a very good value in the name Doopsy but we don't know where to promote the sale of this brand or how to go about this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you say you want to sell the "brand," I assume you actually mean the whole business (website, designs, trademarks, patents, business processes, customer lists, inventory, etc).  Is that correct?

If so, you should look for a business broker.  These are companies that can establish a valuation, and match business buyers and sellers.

You could also try directly approaching potential buyers...  companies that produce and distribute products aimed at the same market.  Sometimes, a large customer can also be a potential business buyer.
