Printable Websites

Someone builds a web site dedicated to match boxes.  A third party comes and copies some of the photos and puts them on a printables website.  Their disclaimer basically reads that they got some or all of the photos illegally.  They are outside the United States.  A web browser looking for printables comes to this second site and downloads the photos and attaches them to boxes for display purposes and offers them for sale in the United States.  The seller has never been to the first site.

Is there any recourse?

Dear Sillygirl,

Do you have a copyright notice on the website and is the copyright registered?

Dear M_Arthur_Auslander

The answer is YES and YES.  Also, if it makes a difference, the match box displays are exaggerated in size.
