intellectual property organisations_help needed
« on: 06-15-11 at 02:36 am »

hello all.

I'm an attorney and in these days I'm trying to start a new organisation in my company to deal with intellectual property matters. I need some ideas relating this subject.

Any advises for me? Can you advise any good examples of such organisations in big companies? what does such an organisation do, how shall I write the responsibilities guideline of such an IP organisation in my firm?

thank you very much for your valuable advices in advance...

While "organisation" does check out with some of the more comprehensive dictionaries, I would use the more popular spelling with a "z" that is recognized by word, firefox, and other spellcheckers.

How provincial.   ;)

To the OP:  Perhaps you could return with a little more detail relating to your specific question?
