I have abandoned the idea of the Census Bureau statistics.  I have a Statistics textbook with a data set for a homework problem coming from a 1977 journal article.  Clearly I have rights to use the data for personal analysis.  Can I give a class presentation on my findings provided I do not show the actual data set?
