Hi,

I will be publishing a book shortly, which will be sold to the public. I intend to use the image of a photograph of a fabric's design/patterns, for the cover of the book. The image used is only part of the full design/patterns of the fabric. Except for a small text box which contains the title of the book, the rest of the cover will comprise the said image.

Assuming the fabric design is protected, does anyone knows whether the above action will infringe on the design owner's rights ?
