Guidance Sought

I have two masters degrees in EE and Medical Physics and couple of years of experience in each of these two fields. I do not have any IP experience. What could be the best way for me to find a Patent Agent job? Does anybody have access to AIPLA economic survey? I would like to ask some questions from it?

I would recommend looking for technology specialist positions at law firms.  I'm an EE as well and finding such a position was challenging but not impossible.
