Can anyone who has taken the test share how long it took?  When scheduling the test at a prometric center, it wants to reserve an 8 hour slot.  Does it really take that long?

Since no one else has answered, I'll chime in.  The test is broken into two sessions; each session is 3 hr long.  Between the sessions, there is a break of 1 hr max.  At the end of the first session, a 1 hr timer starts counting down.  You can actually take a shorter (or no) break if you like, and start the second session; but at the end of 1 hr, the clock for the second session starts counting down.  So if you're late coming back, you lose time for the second session.  I recommend that you brown bag your lunch.
