Sounds good.

I have another question also going on with trademark forum about my application for a trademark using two words to describe what I plan to list on EBay today.

Would there be some problem with this forum for showing link to an EBay auction having a link to my domain showing those two words?

Above is assuming someone on this forum hasn't already figured it out.
Don't waste your time.
I think I will show link in my next comment unless it is blocked by this forum

I'm one of the moderators and I'd allow it.  I can't speak for the other moderators.

If a link is posted in here as an example to use for discussing IP law, I think it's perfectly legit.  Posting an eBay listing to discuss the trademark implications of the listing is legit in my opinion.

Even posting a link to get people here to buy something is okay if the thing is related to IP law, maybe even just related to IP like tools for inventors.  People have posted links to docketing systems, IP law support services, etc.  That's all legit in my opinion.

Posting a link to get people to buy something that's unrelated to IP will get the post deleted and can get the poster banned (only if the poster is not a proper participant here).  Making legit posts here protects you from being banned, so you're not in danger of that.  In fact, you might even get an explanation why your post was deleted if you're a regular participant.

Regards.

Here it is.

http://www.securityanchor.com

I applied for a trademark using Security Anchor and that might or might not ever be issued depending on how some people on this forum interpret how or what I correctly filled in or omitted in my application.  Doing a trademark search only Anchor Security turned up.

I also obtained securityanchor as my EBay ID.

A Security Anchor allows a lock with or with out a wire rope cable to secure to portable equipment.

And have plans to have Security Anchor tattooed on my forehead or back in Gothic print this memorial day weekend.  Only kidding.

Does "security anchor" describe the function of the product?
