I don't completely understand your question, but I think you may have a problem.

When you find movies "for free on the web", it does NOT mean that you can use them.

Things that are published on the web are still protected by copyright law. 

There are many sites that illegally distribute videos, so it's possible that you may get away with it.  On the other hand, if a studio finds your site, you could be in serious trouble.
