Hi,

Maybe anyone can give me some info...

1. We started a book shop online and put pictures of books for sale... Is it legal?

2. At title we use the brandname of show (disney, PBS kids, Nick Jr...) and trademark registered character's name (winnie the pooh, dora the explorer, bob the builder, scooby doo...) Is it legal?

3. We use it also as keywords ... May we?

4. For book description we use quote from the back of the book and put it under "From the Publisher"... May we?
