Evergreening of Patents

Patents shall be granted to New Chemical entity, New Molecular Entity ie New Product in drugs category, subsequently patents may be filed for formulation, metabolites, prodrugs, new use, polymorphic forms, analogues and soon to extend the life of the drug product.  Would like to know which are the countries not allowing "evergreening of Patents"
