The American author Jayme Gordon raised a lawsuit against DreamWorks and Paramount, concerning animation Kung Fu Panda. According to the author both companies have created animated films as copying his work titled Kung Fu Panda Power, in which the two main characters are very similar to those in the movie.
Jayme Gordon creates his work in the early 90's while the cartoon has appeared in 2008.
During this time the author tries to realize his characters as sent them to different studios but without result.
This is not the first lawsuit against DreamWorks on the characters in Kung Fu Panda. Last year, Terence Dunn filed suit against them seeking damages of $ 1 million for copying of his characters in the animated film.
