Does anybody know a good regulation compliance site?.

Should be a filled with technical specs since I'm doing research for a new project.

Are you talking about compliance with regulations set down by owners of certification marks (e.g. "UL", "CE", etc.)?  If so, I would think the way to go would be to check with each relevant certifying body (e.g. go directly to Underwriters Laboratories' site and see what's online or whom you should call).

If what you're looking for is an umbrella site that helps you to determine which certifying bodies you should be concerned with for tech standards, such as which tend to be required in any particular field of industry, you might have better luck asking in one of the patent forums.
