An imitation of packaging in the UK
« on: 03-09-11 at 03:33 am »

The British Brands Group published results of his interesting study in the UK which concerns products whose packaging imitate the packaging of other products.
According to the survey 99% of UK consumers would be misled when purchasing such products.
According to The British Brands Group the situation with the imitation of the original products in the country continues to be disappointing. It is therefore necessary the Government to consider more serious tools to protect intellectual property and by which to protect the interests of both consumers and companies.
