WIPO reported the news that since October 10, 2010, Netherlands Antilles longer exist as part of the Kingdom of Netherlands.
From now they will be presented as islands of Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba.
The Kingdom of Netherlands will now consist of: Netherlands, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and the Caribbean part of the Netherlands (islands Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba).
Therefore the Kingdom of Netherlands submit a new application for accession to the Hague Agreement on Curaçao, Sint Maarten and the Caribbean part of the Netherlands.
