disclaimer
« on: 02-13-11 at 12:20 pm »

A large company has a trademarked registered mark or name for a patented product they sell.  I have a product that works with their patented product and my product is patent pending and this other large company has no interest in my pat pending product.

1-If I were to say, show my new product either on my site, Ebay or user forums for their product can I say it works with their Trademarked registered mark or name?

2- Would it be a good plan to put in a disclaimer saying my product has not been approved, unauthorized and I have not been given permission by X company to sell it.   Though I would wonder if it has to be authorized by their company because my product can only be used with their product but does not work like their product.  It's a longer story......

3- And how should that disclaimer read?

thanks
