Leaving a Mark

I work for a company that is working to sell a product that is patent pending. Our engineers are working on developing a statement of work for a possible customer for the product.  We have a NDA in place with the possible customer. I would like to mark the statement of work so as to communicate the item identified is patent pending and a trade secret. Suggestions?
