Sample patentability opinion letters

Is there anyone on the forum who would be willing to share a sample of a patentability opinion letter, preferably for both a positive and a negative opinion?

Aren't those things privileged unless I or the client share them?

I guess I improperly assumed any specifics would be removed from the sample, if someone was willing to provide one.  I am just curious how other patent attorneys set them up and word them.
