where can i find a scheme or something similar, that could help me to do that...

They have a lot of FAQs and some informative circulars which give an overview of many aspects of copyright basics.

For a more detailed discussion pertaining to particular issues, you'd have to look elsewhere.  However, check the copyright forum here (http://www.intelproplaw.com/ip_forum/index.php/board,8.0.html) and use some search terms, you would be surprised how many topics have been discussed.

if you want to know who is the owner you have to check this and that etc.

I am not aware of any index like that.  But I think most of the basic answers you are looking for can be found on the copyright office's website.  You can search registered copyrights there as well.
