We're just having a discussion on a blog.  This isn't a fight.

To "spar" is not the same as to "fight", at least not as I was using the term.    Was using it as in reference to practice bouts in boxing, or other non-lethal testing of skill by opposing.

Just meant to say your reaction seemed to be one of arguing opposite sides of an issue, when I wasn't intending to do that.
Glad we're (sort of) on the same page now.

This post is an off-the-cuff musing and should not be misconstrued as legal advice. THERE IS NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN US. Proper legal advice requires full disclosure of facts-not appropriate to a public forum-and attorney research time and effort which has not been expended here.

I suppose I was sparring about whether nearly always means always.  I don't see any point to arguing about whether sparring means fighting...

Especially since that would mean arguing over whether there was an intent to argue.... ;)
(Appreciate and have great respect for your posts, Isaac, BTW.)

Well, that incarnation of the show is done and I did not get a chance to get back to the forum until now-  ::)

I'm afraid the creating of the work always becomes a sucking void which is why I was fishing around for expert advice. You brought it in spades people.

Truly thanks for your time here. That part of my inquiry has been answered but more awaits. I'll start some new threads and we'll go from there.

With Warmth & Gratitude,

JJB
