KOMPRESSOR PLUS can not be a mark according to European Court

The European Court issued a decision in the case T-497/09, where the applicant seeks to register an european mark KOMPRESSOR PLUS for class 7 - vacuum cleaner.
According to the decision of the court the word Plus is superlative and the word Kompressor will be understood by end users and professionals as part of a vacuum cleaner.
