SCO (Linux nemesis) (C) suit status -- slowing?

For those following the SCO suit claiming Linux uses their code (copyright violation).

I haven't been following in great detail, but the things I've heard don't look good for SCO.  I've heard a few things good for IBM (on the Linux side), any one of which would be a win for IBM/Linux.  The message from SCO appears to be "just you wait and see" preferring to tell the judge first.  Hints of mismanagement (including over payment to top execs by $20m each) look bad for SCO too.  Looks like management is putting on their golden parachutes.

While it's hard to say this with any real certainty, SCO's business strategy appears to be mostly litigation and the remainder is just shuffling the corporate deck.  Perhaps SCO employees should heed a comment from a friend of mine: "eventually, we all have to work for a company that sells things for more than it costs to make them."

Regards.
