Practicing in US Internet Copyirght area

Hi,

I am intertesed in practicing Internet Copyirght area.  Does anybody have any suggestions?  How do I look for jobs in this area?  Does it require me to pass patent bar exam?  Is this a marketable area? I mean whether it is easy to find a job in this area or not.
