Patent drafting courses or texts?
« on: 12-08-10 at 03:15 pm »

Hello,

I passed the patent bar in April, have experience as an intern in a patent litigation group, and took patent law courses in law school.  However, my patent drafting skills are very elementary.  I need a good course on patent drafting.  Any suggestions?

Thanks,

If you can afford it, PRG puts on a great course:

You may also want to check out law schools near you that have an IP program.  Most of them will have a drafting class.

Best,

Irving Kayton is amazing. Giles Rich used to say very good things about his ability, and I can't think of a higher compliment.
