register the copyright of a original poster??

I have recently created a large poster containing a photo collage of my original images.  Each photo has been previously registered with the Copyright Office.
Question is- should I still register the poster with the Copyright Office as its own piece of work??

You certainly can register the poster as an original piece of 2-D art if you wish and the collection and arrangement of the individual photos has some level of originality.
