IP Tango reported for problems before the popular metal band Iron Maiden in Chile.
Iron Maiden Holdings Limited's which owns the rights of the group takes action for the cancellation of a national trade mark IRON MAIDEN registered in Chile by Horacio Humberto Mardones Class 25 - clothing.
According to law in Chile one mark can not be canceled because she is unused for a period of 5 years, Iron Maiden Holdings Limited's founded its claim on the basis of Article 6bis of the Paris Convention for the event of cancellation of a mark in bad faith registration........
