Marques Class 46 reported news of an interesting case that is being watched by the European Court.
The case is between Nokia and the customs authorities of the UK.
This case is a continuation of another lawsuit in the UK. It concerns of Heathrow Airport intercepted counterfeit goods- accessories of Nokia.
