Receiving Copyright protection for a choreography work comes to mind, where the moves are described on video, sufficiently in writing, etc.  However, I'm guessing that a skateboard trick would not be sufficiently creativite to receive Copyright Protection.  And, with Copyright protection, original creation by another is a defense to infringement of any Copyright.

I filmed the tricks on a world wide published skateboard viseo and have the original futage and the people
who witnessed the events.

When you use the words "I invented" in association with copyright, it is confusing.

Ideas/inventions = patent
[Original] Expression of an idea (reduced to tangible medium) = copyright
