I am looking for patent (granted and publication) search in the following countries
1. Germany
2. Italy
3. France

Please suggest me any suitable database or databases. Actually, I am looking for a free database, however if you guys know any paid database, then also please let me know.

This is kind of urgent and your help/suggestion will be appreciated.

The most comprehensive free database covering the countries that you mentioned will be Espacenet (http://ep.espacenet.com/). However, the database is only searchable with respect to bibliographic data, title and abstract, where title and abstract may be given in the language in which the patent application was filed. It would, thus, also allow you to use French, German and Italian words to query the database.

For German applications and patents, you might try the DEPATIS service (http://depatisnet.dpma.de/DepatisNet/depatisnet?window=1&space=menu&content=index&action=recherche), but of course this is German-based. It does provide a full-text search option, but I have no further experience with searching in this database.

For Italy there is a database of Italian patents that you may query on title (and some further bibliographic details), which you can find here: http://www.uibm.gov.it/uibm/dati/Avanzata.aspx. For France, I have been unable to find any further specific databases (the French patent office directs you to espacenet).

Right, for French patent information, you may use Espacenet. But there is http://regbrvfr.inpi.fr/portal This service provides legal information on French (FR) patent applications and European (EP) patent applications granted and designating France
