Certified copy of the priority document
« on: 10-13-10 at 01:11 pm »

I am trying to register TM in India. Foreign Associate is asking for "Certified copy of the priority document"? Does anyone know what they are referring to?

We have trademark registered in the U.S. and have international registeration.

Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your reply.

Can we request trademark as well? I noticed that the website makes only reference to Patent Certified Priority Document.

Thank you once again.

You can get trademark documents as well. Create a user account when you login and you will see that as one of your options.
