Hi,

Can anyone share their experience, hints, do and don'ts about salary negotiation for an in-house patent prosecution + licensing. With law firms, my class year determined the salary without much difficulty. I know there is an In House board, but I want to know IP position specifics. The most common thing I am told is not to reveal your salary negotiation fork. Anything else? What should I realistically expect from a telecom company in southern Califonia when I have three years of patent pros experience in EE field? Thanks a lot.
