Is there any legal requirement to delete goods that are no longer used if the use stopped AFTER registration was issued, but before the Section 8/15 is due? Or is it fine to leave all the goods in until the Section 8/15 is due and delete them at that time? Is there a way to delete goods during this post-reg to Section 8/15 time frame? Thank you.

There is no need to remove goods from an ID until a § 8 submission to the Trademark Office is due.
