Anyone know if WilmerHale has a lower billable hour requirement for pros? 

I know there are other firms (e.g., MoFo) who do but don't advertise the fact.

Great firm, but I haven't heard much about their IP stuff. 

I do know some people who worked for MoFo in patent litigation.  I don't know about their billable requirements, but I do know that the workload was pretty heavy.
