Dear all,

 Can the company publish their research paper (full article) on their website without the permission from the Journal in which it was original published if it is not a open access?
What is procedure followed?

I assume the paper was written by a company employee in the course of his normal employment, in which case the copyright would belong to the company.

Whether they can publish it on their website would then depend on the rights they assigned to the publisher of the journal in which it was published.  You'd need to check the contract that was signed when the paper was accepted for publication.
