Are there any good resources (free or subscription) for finding market salary information for patent agents?  I'm not looking for payscale and salary.com, but something with some detail, maybe based on firm size, location, inhouse vs firm, etc.  TIA

AIPLA provides an annual Report of the Economic Survey which may have some of the information you are looking for.

The Greedy Associate use to have info like that ... I do not know if they still do or not but you may want to search "The Greedy Associate" in google which gives (or gave) salary by firm, location, etc.....

My mistake, looks like this just has associates salary info.
Thus far www.salary.com is the only place I've found agent salary info...

AIPLA economic survey is the only one I found till now with the details you wanted.  They have breakdown by technology, highest degree, etc.  You have to be member to access it or buy it, but I do highly recommend going through it.
