A great opportunity occurs since the enforcement of the new Patent Law of China. Who has an interest in the agency business from Chinese applications?

What is the new Patent Law of China and how is it being enforced?

More to the point, will Chinese courts ever find in favor of foreign entities when Chinese business does not stand to benefit?

I am sorry for not completely understanding your meaning. I intend to find a person or firm who has interest in the agency business from Chinese applicants, since there are more and more Chinese applicants who want to file foreign patent aplications.
