I hate to be pessimistic, but heck everybody is these days, your chances of getting a visa sponsored for this kind of a role from India are slim to none (unless you get into a multi-national with a center in India and then I suppose you could travel the world if you're lucky).
If you read the forum postings, you will find tons of US attorneys (who don't need visas & can practice law, therefore offer infringement opinions) working at McDonalds / Chipotle / what have you and others looking for a job.
You do have experience in this field already, which would qualify you for a 'tech specialist' role perhaps, but with just a bachelor's degree you will find it a very hard sell. Specially your KPO experience isn't exactly going to turn heads; you have precious little experience with prosecution or litigation (which is always going to be difficult to get, given you are in India) unfortunately, so the KPO experience = pretty much zero for most US law firms. US based IP search companies that do similar work as you do in India are generally small boutique type set-ups, with one or two exceptions.
Things are quite bad in the US, particularly in this field.
Have you looked for opportunities at multi-nationals in India? There's quite a few opportunities from what I can tell. In fact, attorneys I talk to in the US consul working in India (Asia generally) because that's where the growth seems to be (R&D - product development centers of these multi-nationals are popping up all over the place).
In short, most people are quite down beat in the US, people are struggling to hold onto a job and there isn't much growth. Since there isn't growth, there is a shortage of opportunities and one really needs to fit the bill to be considered for what few opportunities become available.
