i've heard that there is an investment group who owns the patents from commodore-amiga....and the are planning to go to auction maybe..

do anyone kwos the value of these patents more or less ???

who is the investment company ????

Wouldn't such patents date back to the mid-1980s?  If so, they've all expired.

Maybe they're auctioning off the original patents with the USPTO seals to collectors....?

Sorry I don't have better information about that.

no that is not correct i've found on google a patent list from 1986 until 2000.....

USPTO Assignments on the Web shows only one entry for Commodore-Amiga as assignor: some 40-odd patents to be assigned to ESCOM AG of Germany.  Maybe that's what you're looking for.

yes that's correct and i have read today that there are still 13 of these patents validated....commodore amiga or tulip never did anything with these patents and i can believe that there are a vieuw companies who did infringement on these patenst the last years...!!!

Since "we" haven't looked at the patents in question, no idea.  I suppose if you were aware of infringing products and could afford the litigation AND managed to acquire the rights cheaply without tipping off the current owner as to why you were interested, you might make some money on them.  That is totally hypothetical.

we've found out who the owners are and we've spoken !!!

they are already talking to some parties and the say that there is intrest in 7 of the 13 still validated patents !!

they don't speak about money but you van make them an offer for the whole package !!
