Hello everyone,

I just graduated with my J.D. in May and have passed the patent bar exam.     Unfortunately,  I have not found a job. It seems that all openings  require at least one year experience.  Additionally,  the firm for which I wored last summer did not hire me. I am thus desperate for the one year experience. To gain patent law experience, I'd like to take any position and relocate anywhere.

I have Ph.D. in biochemistry and M.S. and B.S. in chemistry and I am a native Chinese speaker.

If you happen to know there is an opening or you need help to prosecute patent applications. Please contact me. My email address: jqcat2001@yahoo.com

Thank you in advance!!!!,

Yujin

No offense Yujin, but from the formatting of your OP, you might be a serial killer. ;)

As a money making option outside of patent law (everyone needs a job, right), have you considered working for or starting a patent translation service?  There is some good money in it if you know what you are doing.

klaviernista:

Thank you for your suggestions. Do you have any idea how to start a patent translation business or find such a job?

I have translation experiences.

Thank you again,

Yujin
