Copyright verbage for copying approval among edu

Need to determine specific verbage for materials that we encourage reprint among a specific industry (physicians) but are not transferable to competitive corporations that could assume rights to the information on the page.

Is there anything that fits this criteria?

It's not completely clear to me what you are asking, but I'll
discuss some general principles.

First, copyright law does not extend to protecting facts and information
so if you really want to protect against a competitor using
those things, you'll need a strategy other than copyright law.

But one way to accomplish selective free distribution of
copyrighted works is to retain your rights under copyright law
but to let it be known that you intend to grant permission when asked
to copy and distribute for certain purposes that you outline.

That way you can make sure you retain your right to pursue
infringers who don't ask permission.  I think its a more effective
strategy than to try to list people and situations under which
you will disallow copying.
